Audrey Ellis, MS. Ed.
Founder
Audrey Ellis founded T3 Advisory after years of working in postsecondary education as a practitioner, researcher, and consultant. She brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to equity and student success in higher education.
Since founding T3 Advisory, Ms. Ellis has focused on strategic content development, implementation support, training, and strategic guidance for higher education institutions. Her work emphasizes change management, AI literacy, and student-centered process improvement. She is also the co-chair of Complete College America’s council on equitable AI, releasing several publications and drafting articles on equitable AI. Additionally, she has been active in keynote speaking and conducting workshops on AI and educational equity.
Previously, Ms. Ellis supported over 30 community colleges through change management and platform implementations during her tenure at EAB as a researcher and consultant. She co-authored several publications on student success, onboarding and enrollment optimization, and change management for the Community College Executive Forum at EAB.
Ms. Ellis also worked on the ground at Northern Essex Community College, where she served as the Director of Institutional Effectiveness, was a member of the President’s Cabinet, launched a new Data Governance Model, co-led the Strategic Planning process, and co-designed a Student Ambassador program with over forty students.
Ms. Ellis received her B.A. from Tufts University in Sociology and Education and her M.S. Ed. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Management (D.M.) in Community College Policy and Administration at the University of Maryland Global Campus, focusing her dissertation research on initiative fatigue at community colleges. She expects to graduate in December 2024.
Ms. Ellis is passionate about her community. She is Board secretary and Graduation Success Committee Chair at Esperanza Academy, a tuition-free all-girls middle school in Lawrence, Massachusetts. Additionally, she is a team member of the Dana-Farber Marathon Challenge: she ran the Boston Marathon in 2023 and 2024, raising over $30,000 for the Claudia Adams Barr Basic Cancer Research Program in those years.

Tracie Yorke
Tracie Yorke is a seasoned consultant, technologist, and educator with two decades of experience in emerging technologies, equity, and education. She brings a wealth of expertise in inclusive innovation, immersive learning, and STEAM education to her work.
Currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Point Park University, Ms. Yorke's research focuses on inclusive design for creating immersive learning experiences in the Metaverse. She also serves as a Scientific Literacy Graduate Research Fellow at an HBCU STEM Research Center, contributing to programs aimed at diversifying the STEM workforce.
Ms. Yorke has held leadership positions in educational technology companies and nonprofit organizations throughout her career. Her work has centered on developing innovative learning platforms, designing curricula, and creating professional development programs. She has expertise in virtual reality applications for education, online learning design, and integrating emerging technologies in educational settings.
Ms. Yorke's consulting experience spans various institutions, including public school systems, museums, and national organizations. Her focus areas include online learning design, instructional technology implementation, and STEM education initiatives.
Ms. Yorke received her B.A. from Amherst College and her M.S. from Carnegie Mellon University.
An advocate for inclusive innovation and community engagement, Ms. Yorke continues to push the boundaries of educational technology to make learning more accessible and engaging for all.

David Bevevino
David has nearly 15 years of experience as a higher education researcher and strategic consultant dedicated to improving and creating more equitable educational outcomes and economic mobility.
While at EAB, the global research and technology firm, he led teams that produced in-depth studies on academic advising, student success change management, academic program evaluation, and overcoming barriers to equitable outcomes. He was responsible for serving over 300 chief academic officers and over 200 community college presidents in the firm's research membership programs.
He also led the consulting team for the Moon Shot for Equity, an initiative that convenes community colleges and four-year institutions to eliminate equity gaps in graduation rates across entire regions of the United States. In both his research and consulting capacities at EAB, he led dozens of interactive workshops for college and university leaders including provosts, presidents, deans, and department chairs.
At the Aspen Institute College Excellence Program, David served as the Director of Research and Knowledge Management. He oversaw the Aspen Prize for Community College Excellence in 2022 and 2023, including the site visits to the ten finalist institutions and supported the Prize jury with documentation of the strengths and weaknesses of each institution. David's research team produced studies on rural community college excellence and equity in STEM programs. Finally, David led the research and cohort management efforts for the joint Aspen-Community College Research Center Unlocking Opportunity Network, a coalition of ten community colleges dedicated to moving more students into high-value academic programs that contribute to economic mobility and talent development.
David’s career in higher education began when he staffed the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Academic Plan Steering Committee in the Office of the Executive Vice Chancellor and Provost. He holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science and Spanish from UNC Chapel Hill.
