Higher Education/AI Research Assistant
(Part Time, Remote)
Location: Remote (with potential paid travel opportunities).
Job Overview: T3 Advisory is seeking a highly motivated and organized Research Assistant to support ongoing projects at the intersection of higher education and artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in conducting comprehensive landscape research, drafting detailed reports, and engaging in qualitative research through interviews. Graduate and undergraduate students are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough landscape research to identify current practices and trends in higher education related to artificial intelligence.
Draft prompts and summaries based on findings to support further analysis and dissemination.
Engage in qualitative research, including designing and conducting interviews with stakeholders in the field.
Synthesize research findings into coherent written content that can be used for academic and strategic purposes.
Qualifications:
Strong interest or background in higher education and artificial intelligence.
Proven experience in research, particularly qualitative methods and content synthesis.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexible in terms of hours, with the ability to participate in potential travel for research purposes.
Knowledge of community colleges, Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) such as HBCUs, HSIs, TCUs, etc. is a plus.
Requirements:
· Access to a computer and internet.
Employment Type: Part-time contract.
Time Commitment: 5-10 hours per week. Work schedule can be flexible.
Compensation: $25-$40/hour, based on experience.
